Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I see stock availability?
    This is not currently on the website but will be in the future. At present, I will be able to communicate stock avails/colours once you put your order through and from there I can supply lead times.
  • How do I pay for products on Few Bits
    I currently accept cash and Revolut. You add your desired product to cart and go to check out and I will receive a notification and then we can sort out payment from there.
  • If I have an idea of a gift but do not see it on your shop front, what are my options?
    Contact me! Most of my products are done this way and I want to be able to personalise for the person you are giving the gift to. If your son likes trucks, I can do trucks, even if you cannot see them here! I can also work up new products so always just ask!
  • What are your lead times?
    This depends on the products but I can give you an estimated completion date when I receive the order in. At the moment I am working to about 2 weeks but need to keep an eye on this as some periods are busier than others. Also bear in mind if your gift needs to be posted and take that time into consideration.
  • How do I put an order through on Few Bits
    This webpage needs to be treated as a shop front, a way in which I can show the scope of products I create. You can add your desired product to basket detailing any personalisation you want/need and I will receive a notification with that order. You then pay by cash on pick up or by Revolut
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
